When I send the SMS the call does not come?

It can be caused by numerous reasons :
  • The number you requested is in incorrect
    Please make sure you include the international code with your number, such as e.g. 44 1234 5678. You can use + or 00 in front of the number. Our system supports all formats.
  • You have no credits
    If you use your own SkypeOut account please check your SkypeOut credits
When I send the VCard the call does not work?
  • Try to initiate the call via SMS
  • If that works fine it means there is a problem with the data you have stored in the VCard
  • Check the VCard info
  • Try another VCard to see if that works and adjust the format if neccessary
Call interrupted while on the phone?

Please check you have sufficient credits available. If you use your own SkypeOut ensure it is not at 0.
